Mink Magic Beauty Bar Policies

By booking your appointment with Mink Magic Beauty Bar, you are acknowledging and will adhere to our Beauty Bar Policies.

Cancellation Policy:

Mink Magic requires 24 hours notice of any service cancellations. Anything less than half of your service will be added onto your next service. Anything less than will result in you having to pay 50% of this service on your next appointment

Late Po​licy:

If you arrive any later than 15 minutes for an appointment, you will be going into someone else's appointment. You will be seen for the duration of the remainder of your appointment, and pay full price for the service you booked.

Prior to an Appointment:

Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, with your lashes clean & no eye makeup on. If you are coming in for a lash fill please ensure that you have a minimum of 40% of your lashes remaining or you will be charged for a full set. It is recommended to book 2-3 weeks  between extension services to avoid being charged full sets.

Age Restrictions

We require a parents consent to provide any services to clients under the age of 18.

All clients are required to sign a release form.

Lash Fills  

You need to have minimum of 40% of your lash extensions remaining to qualify for a lash fill, if you have less than this you will be charged for a full set with the amount of time you booked for. Please book a full set if you are under 40%.

Lashes from Lash Tech

We will fill on other lash technicians work if they are well applied and consistent with our safe lash policies.

To maintain our high standards and to ensure our clients safety and satisfaction, if we deem lashes to be poorly applied or damaging to the client's lash health, we will remove and apply a new set.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Within the first 48 hours after getting your lashes completed if there are any issues you can let your lash tech know so they can get you back in to correct any issues. After the first 48 hours the lash artist will be unable to identify if they cause was due to other external factors.

More Covid-19 Specific Policy Updates:

If you have tested positive or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID-19 you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

You will also need to reschedule as well if you are experiencing any COVID related symptoms, fever, new cough, shortness of breath other common cold symptoms.

Have you travelled outside of the province in the last 14 days? If you answered yes, you will need to reschedule you appointment.

Training Deposits are Non-Refundable

We have the right to refuse service.
